At ACESET Securities Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. However, we would like to make our customers aware that, in accordance with our business policies, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Finality of Payment
For enterprise consulting and custom development, payments are considered final as costs are incurred immediately upon the start of the engagement. While we maintain a no-refund policy for completed B2B services, we guarantee deliverables will meet the specifications outlined in the respective Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Cancellation Limitations
Once enterprise work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. If a client requests cancellation before engineering or consulting work has initiated, we may offer a pro-rata credit towards future services.
3. Dispute Resolution & Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, if you have grievances regarding an enterprise invoice or service delivery, please contact our Grievance Officer:
