Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At ACESET Securities Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. However, we would like to make our customers aware that, in accordance with our business policies, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.

By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Finality of Payment

Payments for ACESET Securities Private Limited services are generally considered final. Because our costs are incurred immediately upon the start of the engagement.

While we maintain a no-refund policy for completed services, we guarantee that all deliverables will meet the specifications outlined in our agreement. If a service is not delivered as described, we will provide a rectification or a pro-rata credit at our discretion.

2. Cancellation Limitations

Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. However, if a client requests a cancellation before any work has been initiated, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit towards future services.

3. Service Availability

We make every effort to ensure that our services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the services as agreed, we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. Please note that service delays or interruptions do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy does not allow for refunds or cancellations, we may, at our discretion, consider exceptions in cases of extreme circumstances. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval will depend on the specific nature of the situation. Any such exceptions will be subject to additional terms and conditions.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or issues regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving any issues through constructive communication and, where possible, offering solutions to address any concerns you may have.

6. Amendments to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our terms and conditions.

7. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, if you have any grievances regarding our refund or service policy, please contact our Grievance Officer:
